We would like the ability for admins to edit actions so that they can be updated when the assignor is on leave for extended periods. Ideally, anyone with the correct permissions should be able to edit, extend and respond to the action - not just the person who assigned it. It creates issues during end of month reporting when actions show as overdue but it's actually that the person who needs to update it is out of the office.
