Summary: Add independent Risk Category field to Hazard & Risk Register
Description:
Clients have requested an independent area to clarify the Risk Category within the Hazard & Risk Register. Currently, risk categorisation is not clearly separated, which makes reporting and classification inconsistent.
The new Risk Category field should:
Be configurable in the backend (so administrators can define the available categories).
Display as a distinct field within the Risk Register (not tied to existing controls or descriptions).
Be mandatory/optional configurable depending on client setup.
Integrate with reporting/export functions.
