Having the ability to bulk upload personnel into new departments without having to go through the individual personnel wizard update process (in the same manner you can bulk upload personnel to new access templates) would save considerable time.
Having recently generated a new department to capture some specific training (recency) requirements, the thought of updating 150 users individually is somewhat depressing.
