This would be a very big help for us. With a number of bases and different contracts, the recency setup for an individual varies quite a lot with their requirements.
The setup of a new person is quite time consuming due to this.
This would be extremely helpful, envisage it would work similarly to access levels. We have departments that operate over different contracts but contracts require slightly different recency set ups. It is very time consuming to set up new users.
e.g A Fixed Wing recency item may be required for 2 of the 4 contracts. So if it is set to default as required you then have to hide it if the pilot fly's for the contract that it is not required
