It will be helpful if when creating a new action, there is an additional text field for a 'title' for the action. This field should also be available as a column in the 'My actions' register to aid in easy identification of actions raised. Currently the user has to open each action to see what the action was about.

Further to the above, it will be really useful if the text field where you raise a standalone action has the same 'text capabilities' as when you raise a finding for example and includes options such as 'Bold, Italic, Underline, and numbering / bullets. Currently it is a very small window and does not support any of the above, making it hard to add a structure to an action.
