Would be great if either configuration/structure of linking a Hazard/Risk/ Audit from the "Link Reports" pop-up in a Safety Report. The wording is very confusing.
"Select Report Type" - but you could be selecting "Hazards" or "Audit" etc
"Select a Report" - but you are selecting from a Hazards list, and it calls out a "Report ID", and Report Date for each hazard - which is irrelevant
"or, enter a report number" - irrelevent depending on selection in "Select report type" field
