An enhancement suggestion - there should always be a way to create a discretion report, as the crew may be aware of a requirement before Air Maestro.
Perhaps either provide any alternative method of creating them, or provide the link as soon as any F&D condition has been breached (rather than waiting until all 365 days can be checked).
