Currently when completing an action it is compulsory to fill in the text box at the bottom of the window. Not all clients utilise this text box and rather fill in the data in the Root Cause/Preventative Action/Corrective Action text boxes.
Can this field be made an optional feature?
This would benefit most clients that do not utilize this text box when issuing/commenting on/amending actions.
