Alerts regarding self-update of recency items

Would it be possible to alert Recency Contacts when a recency item is self-updated?

This will allow the relevant supervisory personnel to check the validity of uploaded documents, as well as renewal dates, etc.

    Hey Ilette, we believe this feature already exists. Under Recency Setup > Recency Settings/Roles, there is a checkbox entitled "Enable daily recency update summary emails". If you require any more information please feel free to contact the helpdesk.
