An issue was encountered recently where a user profile was deactivated several years ago and then reactivated using a new line in employment history.
When the profile was reactivated the profile showed several hundred days since the last timesheet entry in the Timesheet Summary on the home page.
This gives a false impression that the user has not been diligent in their duties.
I suggest that the field should count from the last timesheet entry OR most recent employment start date, whichever is more recent.
