I would be really beneficial for my organisation to have customisable notifications, so when they are sent out, you can see clearly in the notification the content of the report, who reported it, who the investigators are and the reported risk. This will allow those receiving notifications to act accordingly (particularly if the reported risk is not in line with the organisational risk matrix)
