Currently if you go into the individual's exam page you can allocate a new exam for the current recency requirement. However, if you go into the manage page and click on the allocate personnel button. You have to FIRST DELETE last years exam result before it will allow you to allocate this years exam. This may be because we have a two month warning (not sure) but painful either way.
