We are using the Safety Reporting module for purposes other than safety reporting (e.g. to record the minutes of meetings).
The risk matrix is not required for such applications, as it is not necessary to assess risk.
Would it be possible to add an option, in the setup of Safety Report Types, that allows for exclusion of the risk matrix from report types (as opposed to just making it optional for the reporter)?
