Currently the finding owner receives an alert and a link to audit findings as soon as they're selected as the owner. We would like the ability to switch this off so they are not notified until we request comment (they should receive at the same time as the action requestees). The reason being that we will quite often amend findings and actions several times before an audit is finalised and we would prefer that finding owners are not being prompted to use the link and look at findings/actions until we are satisfied with the content and the request comment has been activated.
