We have a mixed team of full time and volunteer staff rostering across multiple bases with multiple skill sets\rolls.
I would be advantageous for staff to be able to advise\bid on availability or non-availability for shifts, which in itself is linked to the rostering module. The rostering staff can then promote the "bid" in the roster and then publish the roster as per current systems.
