Discretion Reports should be able to have Custom Fields added, allowing Safety Managers and the Company to add forms such as Fatigue Occurrence, Exceedance and Extension reports, either by adding additional fields to the Discretion Report or being able to link Safety Reports or Operational Risk Assessments.
