Change accessrights so the personal integrity is improved.
Currently there is no way for forms view access to be specified on a form type basis. It is either on department level or view all. Strangely enough the delete forms is per Form Type. In our organsiation we have certain forms that we share across departments and certain forms that should not be shared, for example the travel expense form that only the creator and the person signing it off should be able to view.
