Currently, in order to use the contact picker one has to create the contact in the contact tab of the personnel section of AM. Speaking specifically from a patient name, surname, date of birth and auto-calculated age perspective, having to first populate the contact card before being able to make use of the contact picker on a patient medical data capture form is not practical.
Would it be possible to make use of the contact picker as a field that captures the contact card information and auto-calulates the age from within the form in form register and populates as a separate patient contact card, the access of which can be restricted to certain departments / individuals once the form is saved?
Once patient info is saved in the restricted contact section it could then be possible to copy the information and choose a different contact type if the contact is used in other fields too.
