Ability to add additional Aircraft counters to the Aircraft maintenance section

Originally pointed out by Grant Simpson from Department for Environment and Water.

Currently there are only 2 counters that show in the aircraft maintenance section (TTIS and Engine Cycles)
In the maintenance set up there are no options to add to these 2 counters
