Timesheet Set up - have option for Department Manager to receive the alerts instead of the Base Manager

Currently only the Base Manager can receive alerts for the timesheets. With the Pilot/ACO timesheet holding all the information for fatigue management - the department manager is responsible for ensuring the pilot/ACO is flying within FMS limits - the base manager doesn't have anything to do with compliance of FMS
