Move the root cause, remedial action and corrective action fields into the 'Respond to action' area.
This way the respondent can populate these fields when responding rather than having to edit the action to complete and then respond to the action

I tend to agree, if we could show a proper root cause analysis, would be fantastic, even if it a prompt to next question within a root cause analysis.
Also requested by Babcock Canada.
Action pop up when originally creating the action – should be no root cause, corrective action or remedial action. You are simply asking someone to do something, not going through the whole root cause determination.
I believe this is now a global setting in release 3.3.
