As of today, the Roster module is very hard to use for daily planning of crew. It's extremely hard to to get an overview over the rostered crews. I suggest the roster module gets a timeline view, just like the schedule module (maybe a bit improved...). That would be in line with many other scheduling software out there, and would be very helpful for our operation. As of today, we are literally using a whiteboard and excel-sheets to keep track of our daily crew operations. Attachment show the schedule time line view. Imagine the same capability for dailiy crew ops. :)
