I would like to see Air Maestro have the ability to have HODs send alerts from the document library. Currently not possible without read/write options. Read/Write options needs to remain an option for quality/publications department only. I would really like to see this urgently. HOD's know their readership best and who should get the alerts, especially within a company that has many staff.
So how does this work? I get an email stating the idea is gathering interest. How much interest does it need to gather before changes are made? I was sent this link to the ideas page because my request was not possible according to those on the helpdesk.
