This idea is to have the Safety report 'date time' to be able to pick up the user's current timezone when running some global reports that we (Avinet) store the date in UTC time.
Currently because of the above reason, for some report the report lodged date (in the safety report) and 'ReportdateTime' field in Global reporting module gives two different dates.
