Key Performance Indicators and Targets

It would be of great assistance if we could have a way of having the KPIs/SPIs and their dashboard.

In the addition to Mike’s input below, it would be very useful if certain values (e.g. date ranges, basea, departments, aircraft, etc.) of the resultant graphs could be manipulated whilst the graphs (i.e. without having to go back a few steps in a wizard).

To expand on this request, I believe the following is necessary for a fully featured KPI/SPI function.

    • A new module that is similar in concept to global reporting but where global reporting exports in table format, this exports in graph format.

      • This module should allow the user to select graph format (pie, bar, stacked bar)

      • This module show allow the selection of data from various to various modules (for example: to allow for incidents/10,000 flight hours).

      • This module should allow user--configurable filters like global reporting

      • This module should allow the user to insert at least three reference lines:

        • Target

        • Leading indicator

        • Lagging indicator

      • This should also support total or trend lines

This cannot easily be accomplished through global reporting as these targets, leading and lagging indicators should be adjusted according to actual performance.

    Hi Nina,

I apologize for not elaborating further. I should be able to set my Targets then with the features of Air Maestro the indicators should be calculated and performance shown on a dashboard. I hope I am clear now.

    Hi Abdullah,

Please could you provide some more information on what KPIs are needed? We could possibly already provide you with this information via a Global Report. Thank you.
