Hi Abdullah, You can use the Compliance Status options found under Setup -> Audit Setup -> Customisable Fields to differentiate between levels of findings. We suggest the following options:
Major non-compliance (P1/L1)
Minor non-compliance (P2/L2)
Observation (P3/L3)
Compliant
