As part of the recency setup allow for the colour of the warning and exceedance flags to be selected from a colour pallet.

This functionality would allow for items tracked with a recency to be flagged with an extended hierarchy of warning and exceedance.

For example the oil change on a company car does not necessarily hold the same importance as the expiry of Air operator certificate yet on a global report the have the same level of alert.
