Whilst conducting an Audit we generally have to fill in the Manual Reference Number. Both the Auditor checks the Documents and the Audited.
Then the Manual Reference Number is populated while conducting the Audit.
This happens during Audits like the BARS, WFP whereby checklists are provided and we upload the checklists on Air Maestro and Audit ourselves before the External Auditors.
If everytime we fill the Manual Reference number during the Audit with the current system held by Air Maestro it will take some time. We have to edit the checklist item then come to the Audit itself.
