The Company Recency is not ideal for any large organisations. With 8 bases/locations the need for individual base/location recency is very important and currently utilising the company recency is incredibly frustrating.
To add to the above, Air-Tec has lodged a request for base-specific recency items with the following functionality.
Recency items should be linked to a base in the recency setup
Recency items should have two default status', one for when the person is at the base and one for when the person is not.
There should be a numeric field with a radio button for days/weeks/months, this should be the period of time in advance of the toured information that the status changes.
